Members join GSLSSC for several reasons: love for Shetland Sheepdogs, to network and make friendships with others involved with Shelties, interest in competitive events, desire to educate or receive education, a way to stay informed of current events or dog news...
Members enjoy monthly meetings as a club, several events each year, including
shows, competitions, practices, education, parade appearances, and fun!
Current membership includes many talented and friendly individuals: judges, breeders, competitors in agility, obedience, rally, herding, and conformation, trainers, therapy dog owners, Sheltie companion owners, and fans of the breed.
The club is grateful to its members for their contributions of time, expertise, leadership, and efforts that allow the GSLSSC to continually host successful events.
